Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui dan menganalisis karakteristik pelaku dan karakteristik usaha pada UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi. 2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh modal, lama usaha, tingkat pendidikan, digital marketing dan tenaga kerja terhadap pendapatan UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Alat analisis kuantitatif menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Eviews 10. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 99 pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) mayoritas pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi berjenis kelamin perempuan, dengan rata – rata berusia 30,11 tahun, rata – rata menempuh tingkat pendidikan SMA selama 12 tahun, dengan mayoritas memiliki status perkawinan sudah menikah, rata – rata jumlah tanggungan sebanyak 1 orang, dengan mayoritas tidak memiliki pekerjaan sampingan, dengan mayoritas kepemilikan usaha milik sendiri, rata – rata menggunakan modal awal Rp. 5.401.515, rata – rata menggunakan modal operasional perbulan sebesar Rp. 5.621.838, rata – rata perolehan pendapatan kotor perbulan sebesar Rp. 10.693.061, rata – rata perolehan pendapatan bersih perbulan sebesar Rp. 5.071.222, rata – rata jam operasional 8 jam, rata – rata UMKM belum menggunakan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran produk. 2) Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menyatakan bahwa variabel modal, lama usaha, tingkat pendidikan, digital marketing dan tenaga kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel pendapatan UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi. Secara parsial variabel modal, lama usaha, tingkat pendidikan, digital marketing dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel pendapatan UMKM kuliner di Kota Jambi. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan, Modal, Lama Usaha, Tingkat Pendidikan, Digital Marketing, Tenaga Kerja   ABSTRAC This study aims to: 1) determine and analyze the characteristics of actors and business characteristics in culinary MSMEs in Jambi City. 2) determine and analyze the effect of capital, length of business, level of education, digital marketing and workforce on the income of culinary MSMEs in Jambi City. The analysis method used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. The quantitative analysis tool uses multiple linear regression using Eviews 10. The population in this study were culinary MSME actors in Jambi City. Sampling used the purposive sampling method by producing a sample of 99 culinary MSME actors in Jambi City. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the majority of culinary MSME actors in Jambi City are female, with an average age of 30.11 years, an average of 12.22 years of education, with the majority having a married marital status, an average number of dependents of 1.26 dependents, with the majority not having a side job, with the majority owning their own business, using an average initial capital of Rp. 5,401,515, on average using operational capital per month of Rp. 5,621,838, on average gross income per month of Rp. 10,693,061, on average net income per month of Rp. 5,071,222, on average operating hours of 8.25 hours, on average MSMEs have not used digital marketing as a product marketing medium. 2) The results of the study stated that the variables of capital, length of business, level of education, digital marketing and workforce simultaneously affect the income variable of culinary MSMEs in Jambi City. Partially, the variables of capital, length of business, level of education, digital marketing and workforce have a positive and significant effect on the income variable of culinary MSMEs in Jambi City.
