Abstract

Non-Suicidal Self Injury adalah tindakan melukai diri secara sengaja tanpa niat bunuh diri, di dalam penelitian terdapat batasan masalah seperti, terapi yang digunakan hanya art therapy (menggambar dan melukis), perilaku self injury dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat perilaku melukai diri sendiri tanpa ada keinginan bunuh diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan efektivitas art therapy dalam mengurangi perilaku non suicidal self injury pada siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMAS Pelita Raya Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Eksperimen One group pretest posttest design. Populasi yang mewakilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAS Pelita Raya Kota Jambi yang berada di kelas XI dan XII yang berjumlah 6 siswa, yang mengalami dan menjadi pelaku dari self injury. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel ini yaitu purposive sampling. Penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, adapun pertimbangan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang memiliki perilaku self injury yang didapatkan melalui data wawancara dan observasi sehingga ditetapkan sampel yang berjumlah 6 siswa yang memiliki perilaku self injury. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji T-Test. Hasil analisis statistic menunjukkan hasil dari paired sampels test hasil output menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,015 yaitu kurang dari 0,05. Ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara sebelum pemberian perlakuan dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalami mengenai efektivitas art therapy dalam mereduksi perilaku non-suicidal self injury terhadap peserta didik Non-Suicidal Self Injury is an act of intentionally injuring oneself without the intention of committing suicide, in the study there are limitations of the problem such as, the therapy used is only art therapy (drawing and painting), self-injury behavior in this study is the level of self-injury behavior without any desire to commit suicide. This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of art therapy in reducing non-suicidal self-injury behavior in students in grades XI and XII at SMAS Pelita Raya, Jambi City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research design used is Experiment One group pretest posttest design. The population that represents this study is students of SMAS Pelita Raya, Jambi City who are in grades XI and XII, totaling 6 students, who experience and become perpetrators of self-injury. The technique used to determine this sample is purposive sampling. Determination of the sample with certain considerations, the considerations in this study are students who have self-injury behavior which are obtained through interview and observation data so that a sample of 6 students who have self-injury behavior is determined. The data were analyzed using the T-Test. The results of the statistical analysis showed the results of the paired sample test output results showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.015, which is less than 0.05. This indicates an influence between before and after treatment. This study is expected to provide deeper insight into the effectiveness of art therapy in reducing non-suicidal self-injury behavior against students
