Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan sustainability report sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu data sekunder, yang diambil langsung dari laporan keuangan, laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 33 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel penelitian di tentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS dengan hasil yang menunjukan bahwa leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap sustainability report, profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap sustainability report, sustainability report tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta leverage dan profitabilitas yang intervening oleh sustainability report tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan This study was conducted to determine the effect of leverage and profitability on company value with sustainability reports as intervening variables in infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study is a quantitative study and the data sources obtained are secondary data, which are taken directly from financial reports, annual reports and sustainability reports. The population of this study is infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample consisted of 33 companies. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique. This study uses the Smart-PLS application with results showing that leverage has a positive effect on company value, profitability has an effect on company value, leverage does not affect sustainability reports, profitability does not affect sustainability reports, sustainability reports do not affect company value, and leverage and profitability mediated by sustainability reports do not affect company value.
