Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Peranan Guru BK dalam Pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Sungai Penuh Nama Mahasiswa : Edil Rohisfi NIM : A1E115004 Dosen Pembimbing : 1. Drs. Joni Afri,M.Pd 2. Freddi Sarman, S.Pd, M.Pd Peranan guru BK sebagai pemimpin dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok sangat penting dan menentukan. Guru BK dalam hal ini harus menguasai dan mengembangkan kemampuan (keterampilan) dan sikap serta peranan yang baik sebagai pemimpin kelompok untuk terselenggaranya proses layanan bimbingan kelompok secara efektif. Fenomena yang ditemukan dilapangan berdasarkan hasil wawancara peneliti bersama siswa untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan sebenarnya siswa terhadap peranan guru BK dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok yang telah dilaksanakan, terungkap bahwa ada sebagian dari mereka yang mendapatkan manfaat dari pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok yang dilaksanakan, dan ada juga sebagian siswa yang mengungkapkan bahwa mereka tidak mendapatkan manfaat dari pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok. Dari hal tersebut terlihat bahwa kelancaran dan keefektifan serta peranan guru BK dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dipengaruhi oleh persepsi dan pengalaman siswa yang sudah ikut serta dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok yang sudah dilaksananakan mengenai peranan yang diperankan oleh guru BK dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini sesuai dengan batasan masalah yaitu untuk mengungkapkan kualitas persepsi siswa kelas XI terhadap peranan pemeliharaan (providing), pengarahan (directing), pengatur lalu lintas kegiatan kelompok , memberikan tanggapan (umpan balik), sifat kerahasiaan yang di perankan oleh guru BK dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, dengan populasi siswa kelas XI yang sudah melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok sebanyak 121 orang yang terbagi atas 3 kelas dengan jurusan MIA dan 2 kelas dengan jurusan IIS, kemudian sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengolahan data yaitu berupa angket yang diolah dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas persepsi siswa kelas XI terhadap peranan guru BK dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Sungai Penuh berada pada kualitas baik dengan persentase yaitu 68,60%, kemudian hasil penelitian ini dijabarkan lagi berdasarkan indikator penelitian yang meliputi (1) persepsi siswa terhadap peranan pemeliharaan berada pada kualitas baik dengan persentase 68,73%, (2) persepsi siswa terhadap peranan pengarahan berada pada kualitas baik dengan persentase 68,12%, (3) Persepsi siswa terhadap peranan sebagai pengatur lalu lintas kegiatan kelompok berada pada kualitas baik dengan persentase 68,10%, (4) persepsi siswa terhadap peranan memberikan tanggapan (umpan balik) berada pada kualitas baik dengan persentase 68,39%, (5) persepsi siswa terhadap sifat kerahasiaan berada pada kualitas baik dengan persentase 71,07%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini pada kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling yaitu terutama dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok yang dilaksanakan guru BK disekolah. Persepsi yang baik terhadap peranan guru BK akan sangat membantu guru BK untuk bisa lebih meningkatkan lagi kualitas peranan yang diperankan nya dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok agar menghasilkan bimbingan kelompok yang efektif dan menciptakan dinamika kelompok yang lebih baik lagi kedepannya. Drs. Joni Afri, M.Pd 2. Freddi Sarman, S.Pd, M.Pd The role of BK teachers as leaders in implementing group guidance services is very important and decisive. BK teachers in this case must master and develop abilities (skills) and attitudes as well as a good role as a group leader for the effective implementation of the group guidance service process. The phenomenon found in the field based on the results of the researchers' interviews with students to find out how students actually responded to the role of the BK teacher in the implementation of group guidance that had been carried out, revealed that there were some of them who benefited from the implementation of group guidance services carried out, and there were also some students which revealed that they did not benefit from carrying out group counseling. From this it can be seen that the smoothness and effectiveness and role of BK teachers in the implementation of group guidance services is influenced by the perceptions and experiences of students who have participated in group guidance services that have been carried out regarding the role played by BK teachers in group guidance services. The purpose of this study is in accordance with the limitation of the problem, namely to reveal the quality of class XI students' perceptions of the role of maintenance (providing), directing (directing), regulating the traffic of group activities, providing responses (feedback), the nature of confidentiality played by BK teachers in the implementation of group guidance services in SMA Negeri 3 Sungai Penuh City. sThis research is descriptive, with a population of class XI students who have conducted group guidance of 121 people divided into 3 classes with MIA majors and 2 classes with IIS majors, then samples were taken using total sampling techniques. Data processing techniques in the form of a questionnaire that is processed using the percentage formula. The results showed that in general the quality of perceptions of class XI students on the role of BK teachers in the implementation of group guidance services in SMA Negeri 3 Sungai Penuh City was in good quality with a percentage of 68,60%, then the results of this study were further elaborated based on research indicators which included (1 ) students 'perceptions of the role of maintenance are in good quality with a percentage of 68,73%, (2) students' perception of the role of direction is in good quality with a percentage of 68,12%, (3) Student's perception of the role as a regulator of traffic group activities is in good quality with the percentage of 68,10%, (4) students 'perceptions of the role of giving feedback (feedback) is in good quality with a percentage of 68,39%, (5) students' perception of the nature of confidentiality is in good quality with a percentage of 71,07%. The implication of this research for guidance and counseling activities is mainly in the implementation of group counseling services carried out by school counselors. A good perception of the role of the BK teacher will greatly help the BK teacher to be able to further enhance the quality of the role he plays in group guidance services in order to produce effective group guidance and create better group dynamics in the future.
