Abstract

RINGKASAN Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Sikoja dengan menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction, terdapat 5 variabel di dalam model EUCS ini yaitu variabel Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use, Timeliness. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Nonprobability Sampling melalui teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Hair. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui sosial media menggunakan google form. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan menguji outer model, inner model, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Content, Accuracy, Ease Of Use ,Timeliness berpengaruh terhadap User Satisfaction, sedangkan variabel Format tidak berpengaruh signifikam terhadap User Satisfaction. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Sikoja, Kepuasan Pengguna, EUCS, PLS-SEM. Abstract This research aims to determine what factors that can influence the satisfaction of the app users Sikoja by using the method of End User Computing Satisfaction, there are 5 variables in the model EUCS this is a variable Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use, Timeliness. The method of determining the sample used in this research is the method of Nonprobability Sampling through purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 90 respondents by using the formula Hair. Questionnaires conducted by distributing questionnaires through social media using the google form. Analysis of the data used in this research is partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the outer model, inner model, and test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the variable Content, Accuracy, Ease Of Use ,Timeliness influence on User Satisfaction, while the variable Format is not influential signifikam to User Satisfaction.
