Abstract
Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara : (1) Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan terhadap minat menjadi guru; (2) bimbingan guru pamong terhadap minat menjadi guru; dan (3) Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan dan bimbingan guru pamong terhadap minat menjadi guru pada Mahsiswa Jurusan PIPS Angkatan 2017 Universitas Jambi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jurusan PIPS FKIP Universitas jambi pada November 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Ex Post Facto. Alat pengumpulan data pada menggunakan angket dengan bantuan google form yang disebarkan kepada sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 92 Jurusan PIPS Angkatan 2017 Universitas jambi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan probability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedasditas, uji autokorelasi, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada terkait minat mahasiswa kependidikan menjadi guru. Hal ini termuat berdasarkan hasil observasi awal peneliti pada 64 mahasiswa, 67,2% (43 mahasiswa) tidak memimiliki minat menjadi guru, ini menjadi dasar penguat peneliti menduga minat menjadi guru mahasiswa Jurusan PIPS Angkatan 2017 Universitas Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh X1 terhadap Y dengan thitung > ttabel (6,141 > 1,662); (2) terdapat pengaruh X2 terhadap Y diperoleh thitung > ttabel (6,372 > 1,662); (3) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan, X1 dan X2 terhadap Y berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (20,326 > 3,1) dan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,314 yang berarti bahwa minat menjadi guru dipengaruhi oleh Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan dan bimbingan guru pamong sebesar 31,4%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan dan Bimbingan Guru Pamong terhadap Minat Menjadi Guru Pada Mahasiswa Jurusan PIPS angkatan 2017 Universitas Jambi. This study aims to determine the effect of: (1) Introduction to School Fields on interest in becoming a teacher; (2) the guidance of the civil servant teacher on the interest in becoming a teacher; and (3) Introduction to the Field of Schooling and guidance of civil servant teachers on interest in becoming teachers at the 2017 PIPS Department Students, Jambi University. This research was conducted at the Department of PIPS FKIP Jambi University in November 2021. This research is a quantitative study using an Ex Post Facto research approach. The data collection tool used a questionnaire with the help of a google form which was distributed to the sample of this study as many as 92 PIPS Departments Force 2017 Jambi University. Sampling technique with probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the existing problems related to the interest of educational students to become teachers. This is contained based on the results of the researchers' initial observations on 64 students, 67.2% (43 students) had no interest in becoming a teacher, this became the basis for strengthening the researcher to suspect interest in becoming a teacher for the 2017 PIPS Department, Jambi University. The results showed that (1) there was an effect of X1 on Y with tcount > ttable (6.141 > 1.662); (2) there is an effect of X2 on Y obtained tcount > ttable (6.372 > 1.662); (3) there is a simultaneous effect, X1 and X2 on Y based on data analysis obtained Fcount > Ftable (20.326 > 3.1) and the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.314 which means that interest in becoming a teacher is influenced by Introduction to the School Field and teacher guidance civil servants by 31.4%. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Introduction to School Fields and Guidance of Civil Service Teachers on Interest in Becoming a Teacher in Students of the 2017 PIPS Department, Jambi University.
