Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis tokoh dan karakter tokoh melalui pelukisan analitik dan dramatik. Rumusan masalah yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah bagaimana jenis tokoh dalam naskah drama Bilai dan bagaimana karater tokoh dalam naskah drama Bilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis pendekatan yang digunakan adalah objektif. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah naskah drama Bilai karya Mulyadi. Data tersebut berupa kata dan kalimat yang menunjukkan jenis dan karakter tokoh. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Terdapat tokoh protagonis, antagonis, dan tritagonis dalam naskah drama Bilai karya Mulyadi. Tokoh protagonis yaitu Nak Kertinep dan Kepaq, tokoh antagonis yaitu Jukalip, dan tokoh Tritagonis yaitu Tinep. (2) Karakter tokoh dapat dilihat melalui pelukisan analitik dan dramatik, melalui pelukisan analitik dapat dilihat bahwa, tokoh Tinep dilukiskan sebagai seorang gadis yang memiliki gangguan kejiwaan, sementara tokoh Kepaq dilukiskan sebagai seorang anak laki-laki yang memiliki kekurangan dibagian fisik. Melalui pelukisan dramatik dapat dilihat bahwa tokoh Jukalip memiliki karakter yang buruk karena memiliki sikap kasar, licik, egois, serta tidak tidak peduli terhadap orang lain. Tokoh Nak Kertinep memiliki karakter yang baik, karena memiliki sikap penyayang, pekerja keras, penyabar, serta peduli terhadap orang lain. Tokoh Kepaq memiliki karakter yang baik, karena memiliki sikap penyanyang, peduli teradap orang lain, pekert\ja keras, serta berbakti terhadap orangtua. Tokoh Tinep memiliki karakter yang lemah dan penakut. abstract This research aims to describe the types of characters and characters through analytical and dramatic depictions. The problem formulation used in the research is what types of characters are in the Bilai drama script and what are the characters in the Bilai drama script. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of approach used being objective. The data source in the research is the drama script Bilai by Mulyadi. The data is in the form of words and sentences that show the type and character of the character. The results of the research are: (1) There are protagonists, antagonists and tritagonists in the drama script Bilai by Mulyadi. The protagonists are Nak Kertinep and Kepaq, the antagonist is Jukalip, and the tritagonist is Tinep. (2) The characters can be seen through analytical and dramatic depictions, through analytical depictions it can be seen that the character Tinep is depicted as a girl who has mental disorders, while the character Kepaq is depicted as a boy who has physical deficiencies. Through dramatic depictions, it can be seen that the character Jukalip has a bad character because he has a rude, cunning, selfish attitude and does not care about other people. The character Nak Kertinep has a good character, because he has a loving attitude, is hardworking, patient, and cares about other people. The character Kepaq has a good character, because he has a loving attitude, cares about other people, works hard, and is devoted to his parents. Tinep's character has a weak and timid character
