Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yaitu tentang bagaimana Strategi Guru Penggerak dalam mengimplementasikan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di Sekolah Penggerak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri 30/III Lempur Tengah pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Data penelitian diperoleh secara langsung melalui teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen bersama guru wali kelas V. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Guru Penggerak dalam mengimplementasikan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di Sekolah Penggerak guru berpedoman pada buku panduan pengembangan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, dimana guru melaksanakan beberapa tahapan, tahapan pertama guru mengawali kegiatan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, kemudian guru mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, lalu guru menutup rangkaian kegiatan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, dan yang terakhir guru melaporkan hasil Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas V SDN 30/III Lempur Tengah telah melaksanakan implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan baik. Keberhasilan penerapan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dapat dilihat dari laporan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menunjukkan seberapa berhasil peserta didik mengikuti pembelajaran. This research aims to answer the problem formulation, namely how the Mobilization Teacher Strategy is in implementing the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile at the Mobilization School. This research was conducted at State Primary School (SD) 30/III Central Lempur in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses a qualitative research methodology with a phenomenological research type. The research data was obtained directly through data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and document study with the class V homeroom teacher. The results of this research show that the motivating teacher's strategy in implementing the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students in Schools. The motivating teacher is guided by the guidebook for developing the Profile Strengthening Project Pancasila Students, where the teacher carries out several stages, the first stage is the teacher starting the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project activities, then the teacher optimizes the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, then the teacher closes the series of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project activities, and finally the teacher reports the results of the Profile Strengthening Project Pancasila students. The conclusion of this research is that the fifth grade teacher at SDN 30/III Lempur Tengah has implemented the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project well. The success of implementing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project can be seen from student learning outcomes reports which show how successful students are in participating in learning.
