Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prosedur pengembangan, tingkat validitas, dan tingkat kepraktisan dari produk bahan ajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan Teaching at The Right Level pada pembelajaran matematika kelas IV materi pecahan. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas IV A SD Negeri No.55/I Sridadi pada November 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Model penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu model ADDIE. Model ADDIE terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yang terdiri dari tahapan analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Data penelitian dan pengembangan yang diperoleh berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan komentar ataupun saran yang diberikan oleh ahli praktisi, validator bahasa, validator media, validator materi, serta peserta didik. Data kuantitatif terdiri dari hasil validasi oleh validator serta angket respon ahli praktisi dan peserta didik. Data-data yang diperoleh mendeskripsikan prosedur pengembangan,tingkat validitas, dan kepraktisan dari produk yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan produk telah melalui beberapa tahapan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Validasi bahasa, media, dan materi dilaksanakan dalam dua tahapan. Tingkat validitas yang diperoleh dari validator bahasa yaitu 4,6 (sangat valid), validator media 4,8 (sangat valid), dan validator materi 4,1 (valid). Tingkat kepraktisan dari hasil angket respon pendidik 4,6 (sangat praktis) dan hasil angket respon peserta didik 4,5 (sangat praktis). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan Teaching at The Right Level pada pembelajaran matematika kelas IV SD materi pecahan sangat valid, sangat praktis dan sesuai kebutuhan. The research carried out aims to describe the development procedures, level of validity, and level of practicality of teaching material products using the Teaching at The Right Level approach in class IV mathematics learning about fractions. The research was conducted in class IV A of SD Negeri No.55/I Sridadi in November 2024. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) method. The research and development model used is the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of several stages consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. The research and development data obtained is in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data was obtained from observations, interviews, and comments or suggestions provided by expert practitioners, language validators, media validators, material validators, and students. Quantitative data consists of validation results by validators as well as questionnaire responses from expert practitioners and students. The data obtained describes the development procedures, level of validity, and practicality of the product being developed. The results of research and development show that the product has gone through several stages of development using the ADDIE model. Validation of language, media and materials was carried out in two stages. The level of validity obtained from the language validator is 4.6 (very valid), the media validator 4.8 (very valid), and the material validator 4.1 (valid). The level of practicality of the results of the teacher response questionnaire was 4.6 (very practical) and the results of the student response questionnaire were 4.5 (very practical). The conclusion of this research is that teaching materials using the Teaching at The Right Level approach in fourth grade elementary school mathematics learning, fraction material, are very valid, very practical and according to needs.
