Abstract
ABSTRAK Harmita. (2025). Evaluasi Penggunaan Aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar oleh Guru di SD 057/1 KM V Muara Tembesi. Jurusan Ilmu Pendidikan, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Jambi. Pembimbing Skripsi: (1) Dr. Friscilla Wulan Tersta, S.Pd., M.Pd. (2) Linardo Pratama, M.Pd. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Penggunaan Platform Merdeka Mengajar, Guru Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar oleh guru di SD Negeri 057/1 KM V Muara Tembesi. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada empat aspek evaluasi, yaitu context, input, process, dan product, sesuai dengan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam peneitian ini diantaranya adalah Guru Kelas Tinggi, Guru Kelas Rendah, dan Guru Olahraga. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam evaluasi penggunaan aplikasi platform merdeka mengajar oleh guru ditunjukkan melalui: (1) Evaluasi Context: Aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar relevan dengan kebutuhan Kurikulum Merdeka melalui fitur-fitur pendukung pembelajaran, membantu perencanaan dan evaluasi, meski menghadapi kendala seperti koneksi internet, kompetensi teknologi guru, dan kesulitan dalam mengelola waktu untuk mempelajari dan beradaptasi dengan penggunaan teknologi pada proses pembelajaran sehingga diperlukan pelatihan teknis dan dukungan infrastruktur untuk optimalisasi. (2) Evaluasi Input: Belum adanya pelatihan formal, pelatihan informal cukup membantu, fasilitas sudah disediakan, namun koneksi internet dan perangkat pribadi masih menjadi hambatan. (3) Evaluasi Process: Aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar berkontribusi signifikan dalam pembelajaran melalui fitur seperti bank soal, video inspiratif, dan modul berdiferensiasi. Fitur ini mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran dan efisiensi administrasi guru. Hambatan operasional seperti koneksi internet yang tidak stabil dan beban kerja yang tinggi menjadi tantangan utama. Guru mengatasi kendala ini dengan strategi adaptif, namun diperlukan peningkatan infrastruktur teknis dan pelatihan berkelanjutan. (4) Evaluasi Product: Aplikasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) berkontribusi positif terhadap kualitas pengajaran dengan membuat pembelajaran lebih interaktif dan relevan, meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, serta mendukung penyediaan bahan ajar yang sesuai. PMM juga efektif mendukung pembelajaran dan berbagi praktik baik, namun efektivitasnya sangat bergantung pada kreativitas guru. ABSTRACT Harmita. (2025). Keywords: Evaluation, Use of Independent Teaching Platform, Teachers This research aims to evaluate the use of the Independent Teaching Platform application by teachers at SD Negeri 057/1 KM V Muara Tembesi. This research is focused on four aspects of evaluation, namely context, input, process, and product, in accordance with the CIPP evaluation model. This research uses a Qualitative Method with a Case Study approach. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Participants involved in this research include High Class Teachers, Low Class Teachers, and Sports Teachers. The data analysis techniques carried out are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that in the evaluation of the use of the Independent Teaching Platform application by teachers, it is shown through: (1) Context Evaluation: The Independent Teaching Platform Application is relevant to the needs of the Independent Curriculum through learning support features, assisting in planning and evaluation, even though it faces obstacles such as internet connection, teacher technology competence, and difficulties in managing time to learn and adapt to the use of technology in the process so that technical training and infrastructure support are needed for optimization.(2) Input Evaluation: There is no formal training, informal training is quite helpful, facilities have been provided, but internet connections and personal devices are still an obstacle. (3) Evaluation Process: The Merdeka Teaching Platform application contributes significantly to learning through features such as question banks, inspirational videos, and differentiated modules. This feature supports the effectiveness of learning and the efficiency of teacher administration. Operational bottlenecks such as unstable internet connections and high workloads are major challenges. Teachers overcome these obstacles with adaptive strategies, but improvements in technical infrastructure and ongoing training are needed. (4) Product Evaluation: The Independent Teaching Platform (PMM) application contributes positively to the quality of teaching by making learning more interactive and relevant, improving student understanding, and supporting the provision of appropriate teaching materials. PMM is also effective in supporting learning and sharing practice. PMM is also effective in supporting learning and sharing good practices, but its effectiveness is highly dependent on teachers' creativity.
