Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila pada peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dalakukan di SD 198/I Pasar Baru pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh secara langsung melalui Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dukumentasi guru wali kelas V ibu D yang menggunakan validitas data yaitu triangulasi. Setelah melakukan serangkaian teknik pengumpulan data Langkah selanjutnya yaitu menganalisis dengan menggunakan metode milles and Huberman yaitu dengan mereduksi data, pemodelan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengimplementasian Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila guru berpedoman pada buku panduan pengembangan Projek Penguin Profil Pelajar Pancasila (2024), yang dimana pada pengimplementasian Projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila guru melaksanakan beberapa kegiatan. Tahap pertama guru memahami projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Tahap kedua guru mendesain projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, mulai dari pembentukan tim fasilitator, mengidentifikasi kesiapan satuan pendidikan, merancang dimensi, tema, dan alokasi waktu Menyusun modul, serta merancang strategi pelaporan hasil projek. Tahap ketiga mengelola projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, mulai dari mengawali projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, mengoptimalkan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, serta menutup kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Tahap keempat guru mengolah asesmen dan melaporkan hasil projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila sebagai bentuk apresiasi terhadap peserta didik yang telah melaksanakan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga membahas mengenai dimen-dimensi yang berjalan pada setiap kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, serta membahas faktor yang dapat mendukung dan menghambat kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu guru wali kelas V SDN 198/I Pasar Baru telah berhasil mengimplementasikan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dengan segala faktor yang mendukung serta mencari solusi terhadap faktor yang menghambat kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang telah dilakukan dapat dijadikan contoh bagi guru lain dalam menerapkan pembelajaran serupa. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project is carried out on grade V Elementary School students. This research was conducted at SD 198/I Pasar Baru in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. The research data was obtained directly through data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation of the fifth grade homeroom teacher, Mrs. D, who used data validity, namely triangulation. After carrying out a series of data collection techniques, the next step is to analyze using the Milles and Huberman method, namely by reducing data, modeling data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, teachers are guided by the Penguin Pancasila Student Profile Development Guidebook (2024), where in the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, teachers carry out several activities. The first stage is for teachers to understand the Pancasila student profile strengthening project. The second stage is the teacher designing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, starting from the formation of the facilitator team, identifying the readiness of the educational unit, designing dimensions, themes, and time allocation, compiling modules, and designing strategies for reporting project results. The third stage is managing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, starting from initiating the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, optimizing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, and closing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project activities. The fourth stage is the teacher processing the assessment and reporting the results of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project as a form of appreciation for students who have carried out the Pancasila student profile strengthening project. In addition, the results of this study also discuss the dimensions that run in each Pancasila student profile strengthening project activity, as well as discussing factors that can support and inhibit the Pancasila student profile strengthening project activities. The conclusion of this study is that the homeroom teacher of grade V SDN 198/I Pasar Baru has succeeded in implementing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project with all supporting factors and finding solutions to factors that inhibit the Pancasila student profile strengthening project activities. This can be seen from the achievement of learning objectives. The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project that has been carried out can be used as an example for other teachers in implementing similar learning.
