Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan front-end dari sistem informasi manajemen umrah pada PT. Ajwa Tour menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sistem yang dikembangkan bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pengelolaan data jamaah, pendaftaran, serta administrasi layanan umrah pada PT.Ajwa Tour. Metode RAD dipilih karena memiliki tahapan pengembangan yang singkat, dilakukan secara iteratif, dan memungkinkan komunikasi intensif dengan pengguna selama proses pengembangan. Desain antarmuka sistem dirancang menggunakan Figma dan diimplementasikan dengan framework Laravel. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Cognitive Walkthrough menggunakan tools Maze, dengan aspek yang diuji yaitu learnability, efficiency, dan effectiveness. Fitur utama dari sistem ini antara lain login, pendaftaran, pengelolaan data jamaah, pembayaran, pembatalan paket, laporan data, kelola paket umrah, kelola keberangkatan, kelola data sales, kelola berita, kelola FAQ, kelola data user, dan logout. Sistem ini dirancang untuk digunakan pada platform desktop dan diakses oleh pegawai Ajwa Tour, seperti admin, front office, dan super admin. Penelitian ini melalui dua iterasi. Iterasi pertama dilakukan dengan melakukan Analisa mendalam terhadap kebutuhan pengguna dan kebutuhan sistem, hingga merancang prototipe berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pada iterasi kedua, dilakukan perbaikan dan penyempurnaan desain berdasarkan masukan dari pengguna, seperti perubahan pada halaman list keberangkatan, laporan data dan pembatalan keberangktan. Setelah pembangunan sistem sekesai, maka dilakukan pengujian usability menggunakan metode Cognitive Walktrough (CW) dengan tools Maze yang menunjukkan hasil learnability dan completion rate sebesar 100%, serta efisiensi waktu dalam penyelesaian tugas yang baik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dinilai layak dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja pegawai dalam mengelola informasi jamaah umrah di PT. Ajwa Tour. This study aims to develop the front-end of the Umrah management information system at PT. Ajwa Tour using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The system developed aims to simplify the process of managing pilgrim data, registration, and administration of Umrah services at PT. Ajwa Tour. The RAD method was chosen because it has a short development stage, is carried out iteratively, and allows intensive communication with users during the development process. The system interface design is designed using Figma and implemented with the Laravel framework. Testing is carried out using the Cognitive Walkthrough method using the Maze tool, with the aspects tested being learnability, efficiency, and effectiveness. The main features of this system include login, registration, pilgrim data management, payment, package cancellation, data reports, manage Umrah packages, manage departures, manage sales data, manage news, manage FAQs, manage user data, and logout. This system is designed to be used on a desktop platform and accessed by Ajwa Tour employees, such as admins, front office, and super admins. This research went through two iterations. The first iteration was carried out by conducting an in-depth analysis of user needs and system needs, to designing a prototype based on user needs obtained through interviews and observations. In the second iteration, improvements and refinements were made to the design based on user input, such as changes to the departure list page, data reports and departure cancellations. After the system was completed, usability testing was carried out using the Cognitive Walktrough (CW) method with the Maze tool which showed learnability and completion rate results of 100%, as well as good time efficiency in completing tasks. These results indicate that the system developed is considered feasible and capable of increasing employee work efficiency in managing Umrah pilgrim information at PT. Ajwa Tour.
