Kata kunci: Disiplin Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar mahasiswa yaitu faktor dari dalam diri dan faktor dari luar. Disiplin belajar merupakan salah satu faktor dari dalam (intrinsik) dan motivasi belajar merupakan salah satu faktor dari luar (ekstrinsik) yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik mahasiswa diharuskan untuk meningkatkan disiplin dan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendskripsikan besaran pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika ekonomi mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi, mendeskripsikan besaran pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika ekonomi mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi. Dan untuk medeskripsikan besaran pengaruh disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika ekonomi mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Jambi angkatan 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas FKIP, Univrsitas Jambi pada Juni 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin belajar (X1) mempunyai t hitung 10,274 dengan t tabel 1,9913. Jadi thitung > ttabel dapat0disimpulkan bahwa ttabel disiplin0belajar (X1) memiliki0kontribusi terhadap0hasil belajar (Y). Menunjukkan pengaruh0yang signifikan0antara Disiplin0Belajar dan Hasil Belajar. Untuk variabel motivasi belajar (X2) mempunyai t hitung 9,323 dengan t tabel 1,9913. Jadi thitung > ttabel dapat0disimpulkan bahwa ttabel motivasi0belajar (X2) memiliki0kontribusi terhadap0hasil belajar (Y). Menunjukan terdapat pengaruh0yang signifikan0antara Motivasi0Belajar dan Hasil0Belajar. Diperoleh angka R Square sebesar 0,5980 atau 59,8% yang menunjukkan0bahwa persentasi sumbangan pengaruh0 variabel independent0disiplin belajar0(X1) dan0motivasi belajar0(X2) terhadap0 Hasil Belajar Matematika0Ekonomi (Y) sebesar 0,598 atau 59,8%. Sedangkan0sisanya 40,2% dipengaruhi0atau dijelaskan0oleh variabel0lain yang0tidak dimasukkan0dalam pengukuran0model penelitian0ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan pihak dosen agar selalu menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan sikap disiplin mahasiswa setiap kali pertemuan perkuliahan juga sikap memotivasi mahasiswa agar lebih baik dan lebih termotivasi pada saat pembelajaran. Keywords: Learning Discipline, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes There are many factors that affect student learning outcomes, namely factors from within and factors from outside. The discipline of learning is one of the factors from within (intrinsic) and learning motivation is one of the external factors (extrinsic) that affect learning outcomes. To get good learning outcomes students are required to increase discipline and motivation to learn. This research aims to describe the magnitude of the influence of learning disciplines on the learning outcomes of economic mathematics economics students of economics education students, describing the magnitude of the influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of economic mathematics economics students. And to describe the magnitude of the influence of learning disciplines and learning motivation on the results of learning mathematical economics students of Jambi University economics class of 2017. This research was conducted at the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of FKIP, Univrsitas Jambi in June 2021. The results showed that the study discipline variable (X1) had a t count of 10.274 with a table t of 1.9913. So thitung > can be concluded that the disciplined ttabel (X1) has 0 contributes to the results of learning (Y). Demonstrate significant influences between Disciplines and Learning Outcomes. For the learning motivation variable (X2) has a t count of 9.323 with a t table of 1.9913. So thitung > can be concluded that the motivation ttabelbel (X2) has 0 contributes to the results of learning (Y). Shows there are significant influences between Motivation0Belajar and Results0Belajar. Obtained R Square figures of 0.5980 or 59.8% which shows the percentage of the contribution of the influence of independent variables of learning discipline (X1) and learning motivation (X2) to the Learning Outcomes of Mathematics0 Economic (Y) of 0.598 or 59.8%. While the 40.2% is affected or explained by other variables that are not included in the measurements of this study model. From the results of this study, it is recommended that lecturers always foster and improve student discipline every time the lecture meeting also motivates students to be better and more motivated at the time of learning.
