Abstract

RINGKASAN Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi perkerasan jalan yang di dapat dari perhitungan nilai pavement condition indeks (PCI) dan bina marga serta mengetahui metode pemeliharaan dan perbaikan jalan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pavement condition indeks (PCI) dan bina marga. Pada penelitian ini akan diuraikan \ kondisi kerusakan disepanjang ruas jalan simpang pondok-pidung. Penelitian ini di lakukan di jalan Simpang Pondok - pidung, Kecamatan Keliling Danau, Kab. Kerinci dengan panjang jalan 8 kilometer dan lebar 5 meter, dapat di lihat pada Gambar 3.1 dan Gambar 3.2. Penelitian ini di lakukan selama satu minggu. Titik awal pengamatan di mulai dari simpang pondok dan titik akhir pengamatan di pidung, titik pengamatan di bagi menjadi 4 titik, dimana 1 titik terdapat 2 surveyor. Pengambilan data kerusakan pada ruas jalan Simpang Pondok - Pidung, Kabupaten Kerinci dengan panjang 8,5 km dan lebar jalan 5 m dilakukan melalui survei LHR dan survei kondisi permukaan jalan, survei dilakukan secara visual yang dibantu dengan peralatan sederhana dengan membagi ruas jalan menjadi beberapa segmen, dengan pembagian segmen per 100 m. Posisi stasioning 0+000 dimulai dari Pidung dan posisi stasioning akhir di Simpang Pondok. Hasil penelitian menunjukan di jalan Simpang Pondok – Pidung Kab. Kerinci, jenis kerusakan yang terdapat pada STA 0+000 s.d 8+500 yaitu, kerusakan retak kulit buaya, kerusakan retak memanjang, sungkur, kerusakan amblas, kerusakan lubang, kerusakan mengembang jembul. Dari hasil analisis kerusakan jalan dengan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) dan Metode Bina marga, untuk ruas jalan Simpang Pondok – Pidung dari STA 0+000 s.d 8+500 di dapatkan hasil rata-rata nilai PCI 72,55 dimana kondisi perkerasan pada kategori Sangat Baik (Very Good). Sedangkan hasil analisis kerusakan bina marga untuk jalan Simpang Pondok – Pidung STA 0+000 s.d 8+500 yaitu nilai prioritas perbaikan jalan berada pada rentang >7 yang menunjukan jalan tersebut di masukan ke dalam Pemeliharaan Rutin. Kata kunci : Perkerasan Jalan, Metode Bina Marga ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the condition of the pavement obtained from the calculation of the pavement condition index (PCI) and bina marga values and to find out the method of road maintenance and repair based on the calculation results of the pavement condition index (PCI) and bina marga. In this study, the condition of the damage along the Pondok-Pidung intersection will be described. This research was conducted on Jalan Simpang Pondok - Pidung, Keliling Danau District, Kab. Kerinci with a road length of 8 kilometers and a width of 5 meters, can be seen in Figure 3.1 and Figure 3.2. This research was conducted for one week. The starting point of observation starts at the Pondok intersection and the end point of observation in Pidung, the observation point is divided into 4 points, where 1 point has 2 surveyors. Data collection of damage to the Simpang Pondok - Pidung road, Kerinci Regency with a length of 8.5 km and a road width of 5 m was carried out through LHR surveys and road surface condition surveys, the survey was carried out visually assisted with simple equipment by dividing the road segment into several segments. , with the division of segments per 100 m. Stationing position 0+000 starting from Pidung and the final stationing position at Simpang Pondok. The results showed that on the Simpang Pondok – Pidung road, Kab. Kerinci, the types of damage found in STA 0+000 to 8+500, namely, crocodile skin crack damage, longitudinal crack damage, sungkur, sinking damage, hole damage, inflated damage. From the results of the analysis of road damage using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method and the Bina marga method, for the Simpang Pondok – Pidung road from STA 0+000 to 8+500, the average PCI value is 72.55 where the pavement conditions are in the category Very Good (Very Good). While the results of the analysis of damage to the clan for the Simpang Pondok – Pidung road STA 0+000 to 8+500, namely the priority value of road repairs is in the range >7 which indicates the road is entered into Routine Maintenance.
