Kata Kunci: Persepsi Guru Ekonomi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kebijakan baru yang di keluarkan Mentri Pendidikan Nadiem Makarim menimbulkan banyak persepsi di kalangan masyarakat terutama dibidang Kurikulum Pendidikan. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin mencari tahu tentang hal tersebut di Lembaga Pendidikan terutama di SMAN yang ada di Kota Jambi yang berlokasi di SMAN 3 Kota Jambi, SMAN 4 Kota Jambi, SMAN 5 Kota Jambi, dan SMAN 10 Kota Jambi untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru ekonomi pada kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMAN Kota Jambi dan bagaimana pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru ekonomi pada kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMAN Kota Jambi dan bagaimana pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah 8 guru ekonomi, 3 guru penggerak dan 1 wakil kurikulum. Teknik pengumpulan data di dalam penelitia ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan mengumpulkan data-data. Setelah melakukan penelitian peneliti mngelola hasil wawancara menggunakan aplikasi Nvivo untuk mengelompokan data. Teknik Analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah menggunakan Analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini peneliti mengelompok kan data menggunakan pengcodingan Nvivo dan melakukan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. Kekuatan pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka yaitu pembelajaran lebih merdeka sesuai dengan minat dan bakat siswa. Kelemahan pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka sarana dan prasarana yang kurang. Peluang pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di SMAN Kota jambi siswa dan guru dapat mengembangkan potensi diri. Ancaman dari pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di SMAN Kota Jambi yaitu Keterbatasan referensi bahan ajar, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang, dan sumber daya manusia yang kurang maksimal. Keywords: Economic Teacher's Perception, Implementation of Free Learning Curriculum The new policy issued by the Minister of Education, Nadiem Makarim, has created a lot of perceptions among the public, especially in the field of education curriculum. Therefore researchers want to find out about this in Educational Institutions, especially at SMAN in Jambi City which are located at SMAN 3 Jambi City, SMAN 4 Jambi City, SMAN 5 Jambi City, and SMAN 10 Jambi City to find out how the economics teacher perceives on the independent learning curriculum at Jambi City High School and how the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in economics subjects at Jambi City High School. This study aims to find out how economics teachers perceive the independent learning curriculum at Jambi City High School and how the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in economics subjects at Jambi City High School. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data sources for this research were 8 economics teachers, 3 driving teachers and 1 curriculum representative. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and collecting data. After conducting research, the researchers managed the results of the interviews using the Nvivo application to group data. The data analysis technique that researchers use is SWOT analysis. The results of this study the researcher grouped the data using the Nvivo coding and conducted a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of implementing the independent curriculum. The strength of implementing an independent curriculum is that learning is more independent in accordance with the interests and talents of students. The weakness of the implementation of the independent curriculum is that the facilities and infrastructure are lacking. Opportunities for implementing the independent curriculum at SMAN Kota Jambi, students and teachers can develop their own potential. Threats from implementing the independent curriculum at SMAN Kota Jambi are limited references to teaching materials, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and less than optimal human resources.
