Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana strategi inovasi produk pada pelaku bisnis family di batik istiqomah sebrang kota jambi. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data penelitian ini adalah pemilik usaha batik istiqomah dan ketua rt setempat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta pengumpulan data-data. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi NVivo 14 untuk mengelompokkan data dan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pengelompokkan dan pengcodingan dengan aplikasi Nvivo dan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, ancaman dan peluang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kekuatan inovasi produk batik istiqomah yaitu kualitas kain dan pewarnaan yang bagus. Kelemahan inovasi produk batik istiqomah yaitu biaya terbatas dan sulit menciptakan ide baru. peluang inovasi produk batik istiqomah yaitu terciptanya warna baru sesuai trend sekarang dan terdapatnya model baru yang sudah berpola. Ancaman inovasi produk batik istiqomah terbatasnya tempat pemasaran produk batik. Dapat disimpulkan peneliti menyarankan dapat mempertahankan dan membuatinovasi terbaruan pada warna, motif dan model baju terkini. The purpose of this study was to determine how the product innovation strategy on family business actors in batik istiqomah sebrang jambi city. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the data source of this research is the owner of the batik istiqomah business and the local rt chairman. The data collection method uses observation, interview and documentation data and data collection. Data analysis uses the NVivo 14 application to classify data and analysis techniques using SWOT analysis. The results of this study researchers used grouping and coding with the Nvivo application and SWOT analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. The results showed that the strengths of istiqomah batik product innovation are good fabric quality and coloring. The weaknesses of istiqomah batik product innovation are limited costs and difficulty creating new ideas. opportunities for innovation of istiqomah batik products are the creation of new colors according to current trends and the existence of new models that are already patterned. The threat of innovation of batik products istiqomah limited marketing places for batik products. It can be concluded that researchers suggest maintaining and making new innovations in the latest colors, motifs and clothing models.
