Abstract

Makanan cepat saji adalah makanan yang dapat diolah dan disajikan dalam waktu yang singkat dan siap disantap mudah dalam hitungan menit, kebab merupakan makanan cepat saji yang berasal dari timur tengah yang berbahan utamanya daging yang dibalut menggunakan tortilla dan dipanggang dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk Kebab Kayra Kota Jambi. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Deskriptif Kuantitatif dimana jenis sumber data yang digunakan berupa data Primer dan Sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data seperti melakukan Riset Lapangan, Kepustakaan, dan Skala Sikert. Penentuan responden dalam penelitian ini dengan cara Cluster Random Sampling dan Purposive Sampling. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data dengan uji Validitas, uji Reliabilitas, analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), analisis Importance Performance Analisis (IPA), dan Diagram Kartesius. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan uji Validitas dan Rliabilitas didapat kan hasil valid dan reliabel yang dimana semua kuisioner dan data yang digunakan dapat dipercaya. Kemudian dilakukan uji Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dengan hasil 0,74 menunjukan konsumen puas terhadap produk yang diteliti adapun hasil uji menggunakan Importance Performance Analisis (IPA), dan Diagram Kartesius menunjukan bahwa terdapat bebrapa atribut produk yang harus diperbaiki seperti aroma dan tekstur. Atribut yang di anggap penting bagi konsumen adalah rasa, aroma, tekstur, dan harga sesuai dengan kualitas. Berdasarkan penelitian ini sebaiknya dilakukan perbaikan pada kuadran I dengan memperhatikan setiap proses pembuatan kebab dan dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut seperti kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas layanan, dan strategi pemasaran. Fast food is food that can be prepared and served in a short time and is ready to be eaten easily in a matter of minutes. Kebab is a fast food originating from the Middle East whose main ingredient is meat wrapped in a tortilla and grilled for a short time. The purpose of this research is to determine consumer satisfaction with Kebab Kayra products in Jambi City. The research method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive where the types of data sources used are Primary and Secondary data, with data collection methods such as conducting Field Research, Literature, and Sikert Scale. Respondents were determined in this research using Cluster Random Sampling and Purposive Sampling. Next, data analysis was carried out using Validity tests, Reliability tests, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis, and Cartesian diagrams. The results of this research are based on Validity and Reliability tests, valid and reliable results are obtained where all questionnaires and data used can be trusted. Then a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) test was carried out with a result of 0.74, indicating that consumers were satisfied with the product under study, while the test results used Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and the Cartesian Diagram showed that there were several product attributes that needed to be improved, such as aroma and texture. Attributes that are considered important for consumers are taste, aroma, texture, and price according to quality. Based on this research, improvements should be made in quadrant I by paying attention to each process of making kebabs and further research can be carried out such as consumer satisfaction with service quality and marketing strategies.
