Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to measure the impact of Online Customer Reviews and product quality with the current Gen Z lifestyle on consumer purchasing decisions at Shopee. The samples from this research are those who have made purchases through the Shopee marketplace at least twice. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method of 100 respondents. The collection technique uses gform with the analysis technique using bootstrapping. The research results show that partially and simultaneously, Online Customer Reviews, product quality and lifestyle have a significant influence on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace.
