Abstract
All business licensing processes can be done more easily, quickly, precisely, and efficiently by using the OSS service system. Corporations must first ensure the validity of the legal entity through a notary, and for small businesses, a Population Identification Number (NIK) is sufficient. The purpose of this study was to determine the licensing process for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through the Silancar application analyzed using the concept of digital maturity. The theory used is the theory of Andrea Di Maio and Rick Howard. For the research method, a qualitative research type was used which was obtainedL through Linterview, observation, andL documentation Ltechniques. The resultsL of this Lstudy indicateL that theL Licensing ProcessL for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Through the Silancar Application Was Analyzed Using the Concept of Digital Maturity, including Early (E-Government), Developing (Open), Certain (Data-Centered), Managed (Fully Digital) and Optimizing (Smart).
