Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the development of the creative economy, workforce, education level, and export in Indonesia as well as to find out and analyze the influence of the creative economy workforce, education level, and creative economy export value on the GDP of Indonesia's creative economy sector in 2007-2024. The analysis methods used in this study are descriptive and quantitative analysis. This study uses multiple regression analysis with time series data. The results of the study show that the creative economy workforce, education level has a significant effect on the GDP of the creative economy sector in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the value of creative economy exports does not have a significant effect on the GDP of the creative economy sector in Indonesia. Keywords: Creative economy, Labor, Education, Export Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perkembangan ekonomi kreatif, tenaga kerja, tingkat pendidikan, dan ekpor di Indonesia serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tenaga kerja ekonomi kreatif, tingkat pendidikan dan nilai ekspor ekonomi kreatif terhadap PDB sektor ekonomi kreatif Indonesia tahun 2007-2024. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan data time series. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kerja ekonomi kreatif, tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDB sektor ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia. Sedangkan nilai ekspor ekonomi kreatif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDB sektor ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Ekonomi kreatif, Tenaga Kerja, Tingkat Pendidikan, Ekspor
