Devianti, Melsa. 2025. Analisis Perbedaan Harga Jual Petani Kelapa Sawit Eks ISPO Dan Non-ISPO di Kabupaten Bungo, Skripsi, Jurusan Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jambi. Pembimbing: (I) Dr. Ir. Yanuar Fitri, M.Si., C.EIA (II) Riri Oktari Ulma, S.P., M.Si. CIT, CEIA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui pemahaman petani tentang ISPO dan Manfaatnya setelah ikut ISPO (Eks-ISPO) dan tidak ikut ISPO (Non ISPO) 2) Mendeskripsikan saluran pemasaran TBS yang besertifikasi ISPO dan Non-ISPO di Desa Karya Harapan Mukti 3) Menganalisis perbedaan harga jual petani kelapa sawit Eks-ISPO dan Non-ISPO sawit di Desa Karya Harapan Mukti. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan petani, analisis data primer dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman petani tentang ISPO pada petani Eks-ISPO berada pada kategori sangat tahu dan tahu, sedangkan pemahaman pada petani Non-ISPO berada pada kategori kurang tahu dan tidak tahu. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa petani yang tidak berpartisipasi dalam program ISPO cenderung memiliki pemahaman yang lebih rendah tentang ISPO dan manfaatnya dibandingkan dengan petani yang telah ikut serta dalam program tersebut. Terdapat dua saluran pemasaran yang terjadi di Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir yaitu dimana saluran pemasaran I (petani Eks-ISPO) : petani kelapa sawit – kud/tengkulak – pabrik kelapa sawit, serta saluran pemasaran II (petani Non ISPO: petani kelapa sawit – pedagang pengumpul (tengkulak) – pabrik kelapa sawit. Harga jual Petani Eks-ISPO dan Non-ISPO di Desa Karya Harapan Mukti Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir menunjukkan adanya perbedaan, dimana harga jual petani Eks-ISPO (saluran I) berbeda dengan petani Non-ISPO (saluran II). Kesimpulannya, sertifikasi ISPO memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman petani, dan harga jual TBS kelapa sawit. Dengan demikian, keberlanjutan dan perluasan program sertifikasi ISPO sangat penting untuk memastikan manfaat yang berkelanjutan bagi petani kelapa sawit. Devianti, Melsa. 2024. Yanuar Fitri, M.Si., C.EIA(II) Riri Oktari Ulma, S.P., M.Si, CIT, CEIA This study aims to analyze the impact of the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) certification on the Farmer's Share of Oil Palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) in Karya Harapan Mukti Village, Pelepat Ilir Subdistrict, Bungo Regency. The study focuses on farmers' understanding of ISPO, the description of the marketing channels for ISPO-certified and non-ISPO TBS, and the impact of ISPO certification on the Farmer's Share. The methods used in this research are descriptive and quantitative, with data obtained through direct interviews with farmers as well as the analysis of primary data and literature studies. The results of the research show that ex-ISPO farmers' understanding of ISPO is in the category of very knowledgeable and know, while understanding of non-ISPO farmers is in the category of not knowing and don't know. This indicates that farmers who do not participate in the ISPO program tend to have a lower understanding of ISPO and its benefits compared to farmers who have participated in the program. There are two marketing channels that occur in Pelepat Ilir District, namely marketing channel I: Oil palm farmers – Cooperatives/ –Collecting Traders (Tengkulak) – oil palm factories and channel II: Oil palm farmers – Collecting Traders (Middlemen) – Palm Palm Factories. Selling price of ISPO and Non-ISPO Farmers in Karya Harapan Mukti Village, Pelepat Ilir District shows differences, where the Farmer's share of Ex ISPO farmers (channel I) is different from marketing channel II (farmers Non ISPO). The value of Farmer's share channel I (Ex-ISPO) is 90.54% and channel II (Non-ISPO farmers) is 87.74%. In conclusion, ISPO certification has a significant positive impact on farmers' understanding and Farmer's Share of palm oil FFB. Thus, the continuation and expansion of the ISPO certification program is essential to ensure sustainable benefits for oil palm farmers.
