Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan dan mengetahui kualitas soal matematika tipe PISA konten quantity dengan konteks Jambi untuk siswa SMP ditinjau dari valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian Design Research dengan model Development Studies yang terdiri dari preliminary, prototyping, dan assesment phase. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas VIII E SMP N 22 Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa soal matematika tipe PISA konten quantity dengan konteks Jambi untuk siswa SMP yang telah dikembangkan termasuk dalam kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Valid berdasarkan komentar dari validator diperoleh bahwa soal sesuai dengan framework PISA dan kurikulum. Selain itu, terdapat hasil angket validasi soal oleh validator diperoleh persentase 80%, maka masuk kedalam kategori valid. Adapun kriteria praktis soal matematika tipe PISA dilihat berdasarkan komentar dari siswa diperoleh bahwa soal bisa digunakan siswa, mudah dipahami dan bahasa yang digunakan tidak menimbulkan penafsiran ganda. Selain itu, terdapat hasil angket praktikalitas pada tahap one to one diperoleh persentase 69,3%, maka masuk kedalam kategori praktis dan pada tahap small group diperoleh persentase 76,6% maka masuk kedalam kategori praktis. Kemudian untuk kriteria efektif soal matematika tipe PISA dilihat pada angket dan jawaban siswa pada tahap field test diperoleh bahwa berdasarkan hasil angket keefektifan diperoleh dengan persentase 78,93% maka masuk kedalam kategori efektif. Tingkat keefektifan juga dilihat dari hasil jawaban siswa pada tahap assesment phase bahwa diperoleh siswa dapat memunculkan kemampuan dasar matematika yang meliputi kemampuan komunikasi, matematisasi, penggunaan bahasa dan operasi simbolik, representasi, merancang strategi untuk memecahkan masalah, penalaran dan argumentasi. This study aims to describe the development process and determine the quality of PISA-type mathematics questions with quantity content in the Jambi context for junior high school students in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness.This research is a type of Design Research with a Development Studies model consisting of preliminary, prototyping, and assessment phases. The subjects of the study were students of class VIII E of SMP N 22 Kota Jambi. The results of the research that have been conducted obtained that the PISA type of mathematics questions with quantity content with the Jambi context for junior high school students that have been developed are included in the criteria of valid, practical, and effective.Valid based on comments from the validator, it was found that the questions were in accordance with the PISA framework and curriculum. In addition, there were results of the questionnaire validation of questions by the validator obtained a percentage of 80%, so it was included in the valid category. The practical criteria for PISA-type mathematics questions seen based on comments from students obtained that the questions could be used by students, were easy to understand and the language used did not cause double interpretation. In addition, there are results of the practicality questionnaire at the one to one stage obtained a percentage of 69.3%, so it is included in the practical category and at the small group stage obtained a percentage of 76.6%, so it is included in the practical category. Then for the effective criteria of PISA type mathematics questions seen in the questionnaire and student answers at the field test stage, it was obtained that based on the results of the effectiveness questionnaire obtained a percentage of 78.93%, so it is included in the effective category.The level of effectiveness is also seen from the results of students' answers at the assessment phase, which shows that students can develop basic mathematical skills including communication skills, mathematization, use of language and symbolic operations, representation, designing strategies to solve problems, reasoning and argumentation.
