Abstract

Andalas Jaya Wisata (Ajwa Tour Indonesia) berdiri pada tanggal 11 Mei 2018. Ajwa Tour merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang biro perjalanan ibadah umrah, Haji Khusus, Visa Provider, Tour domestic dan internasional. Meskipun memiliki rangkaian aktivitas utama dan pendukung untuk mencapai visi dan misi, Ajwa Tour belum menerapkan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) yang selaras dengan strategi bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kebutuhan SI/TI yang sesuai untuk mendukung proses operasional perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif diterapkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajemen dan studi literatur. Metode Ward and Peppard memiliki beberapa tahapan analisis, yaitu tahapan masukan yang terdiri dari analisis lingkungan bisnis internal, analisis lingkungan bisnis eksternal, analisis lingkungan SI/TI internal, dan analisis lingkungan SI/TI eksternal. Kemudian tahapan keluaran yang terdiri dari strategi SI, strategi TI, dan strategi menajemen SI/TI. Analisis tersebut menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis data yaitu dengan beberapa tools, seperti CSF (Critical Sucess Factor), SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Oportunity, Threat), Value Chain (Rantai Nilai), PEST (Politics, Economy, Social, Technology) Porter’s Five Forces. Selain itu, melakukan analisis mengenai tren aplikasi sistem informasi, tren jaringan komputer, serta tren teknologi digital. Kemudian dihasilkan berupa rekomendasi aplikasi yang akan dipetakan ke dalam McFarlan Strategy Grid. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan yaitu, ditemukan 15 aplikasi yang dibutuhkan dalam mengotomatisasi proses utama yang mendukung kegiatan bisnis Ajwa Tour. Dari 15 aplikasi tersebut terdapat 1 aplikasi yang telah tersedia dan perlu dioptimalkan, yaitu Website Profile Ajwa Tour. Serta terdapat 14 aplikasi yang merupakan pengembangan baru, yaitu Sistem Pendaftaran Online, Emergency Response Platform, Transparency Portal, Digital Analytics & BI Platform, Sistem Keuangan, E-Learning System, Partner Management System, E-Procurement Tools, Digital Tracking System, HRIS (Human Resource Information System), Itinerary Management System, Website Profile Ajwa Tour, Feedback System, Marketing Management System, dan Social Media Management Tools. Kata Kunci : Industri Travel Umrah dan Haji, Perencanaan Strategis SI/TI, Ward and Peppard Andalas Jaya Wisata (Ajwa Tour Indonesia) was established on May 11, 2018. Ajwa Tour is a company engaged in Umrah, Special Hajj, Visa Provider, domestic and international tours. Although it has a series of main and supporting activities to achieve its vision and mission, Ajwa Tour has not implemented an information system and information technology (SI/TI) that is aligned with its business strategy. This study aims to identify and analyze the needs of SI / IT that are suitable to support the company's operational processes using the Ward and Peppard method. The approach used is descriptive qualitative applied through in-depth interviews with management and literature studies. The Ward and Peppard method has several stages of analysis, namely the input stage consisting of internal business environment analysis, external business environment analysis, internal SI/TI environment analysis, and external SI/TI environment analysis. Then the output stage consists of SI strategy, IT strategy, and SI/TI management strategy. The analysis uses several data analysis techniques, namely with several tools, such as CSF (Critical Sucess Factor), SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), Value Chain, PEST (Politics, Economy, Social, Technology) Porter's Five Forces. In addition, it analyzes information system application trends, computer network trends, and digital technology trends. Then the resulting application recommendations will be mapped onto the McFarlan Strategy Grid. The results of the research based on the analysis carried out, namely, found 15 applications needed in automating the main processes that support Ajwa Tour's business activities. Of the 15 applications, there is 1 application that is already available and needs to be optimized, namely the Ajwa Tour Profile Website. And there are 14 applications that are new developments, namely the Online Registration System, Emergency Response Platform, Transparency Portal, Digital Analytics & BI Platform, Financial System, E-Learning System, Partner Management System, E-Procurement Tools, Digital Tracking System, HRIS (Human Resource Information System), Itinerary Management System, Website Profile Ajwa Tour, Feedback System, Marketing Management System, and Social Media Management Tools.
