Abstract

Universitas Jambi sebagai lembaga pendidikan tinggi turut mengutamakan kemajuan teknologi dalam operasionalnya. Pada tahun 2021, dikembangkan sistem informasi Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI), yang kemudian resmi dirilis pada tahun 2022. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk mendukung pendataan prestasi dan kegiatan mahasiswa. Namun, hingga saat ini, sistem informasi SKPI masih dalam tahap penyempurnaan untuk versi dan fitur yang lebih terbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuksesan sistem informasi SKPI dengan menggunakan model DeLone and McLean. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data berbasis respon dari mahasiswa Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Jambi. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Isaac dan Michael, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), yang mencakup pengujian outer model, inner model, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 9 hipotesis yang diuji, sebanyak 5 hipotesis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan sistem informasi SKPI yaitu, variabel Information Quality terhadap User Satisfaction, System Quality terhadap Use, Service Quality terhadap User Satisfaction, Use terhadap Net Benefit, dan terakhir User Satisfaction terhadap Net Benefit. Sedangkan 4 hipotesis yang memiliki hubungan yang berpengaruh positif akan tetapi tidak signifikan yaitu, variabel Information Quality terhadap Use, System Quality terhadap User Satisfaction, Service Quality terhadap Use, dan Use terhadap User Satisfaction. The University of Jambi as a higher education institution also prioritizes technological advances in its operations. In 2021, the Diploma Companion Certificate (SKPI) information system was developed, which was then officially released in 2022. This system functions to support data collection of student achievements and activities. However, until now, the SKPI information system is still in the refinement stage for the latest versions and features. This study aims to determine the success rate of the SKPI information system using the DeLone and McLean model. The approach used is quantitative, with response-based data collection and analysis techniques from students of the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Jambi. The sampling method in this study uses the Isaac and Michael formula, with a sample of 100 respondents and an error rate of 10%. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out online. The data obtained were analyzed using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, which included outer model testing, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that of the 9 hypotheses tested, as many as 5 hypotheses had a positive and significant influence on the success of the SKPI information system, namely, the variables of Information Quality to User Satisfaction, System Quality to Use, Service Quality to User Satisfaction, Use to Net Benefit, and finally User Satisfaction to Net Benefit. Meanwhile, 4 hypotheses that have a positive but not significant relationship are Information Quality variables to Use, System Quality to User Satisfaction, Service Quality to Use, and Use to User Satisfaction.
