Abstract
Pembelajaran kimia yang tidak mudah dipahami dan dianggap kompleks sering menghambat minat siswa untuk mendalami lebih jauh. Masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Salah satu konsep inovatif dalam pembelajaran kimia adalah chemo-edutainment (CET), yang menggabungkan unsur pendidikan dan hiburan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pengembangan penilaian oleh pendidik, respons peserta didik, serta hasil uji coba dari media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model pengembangan Branch dan instrumen berupa angket. Produk komik strip digital divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, serta penilaian pendidik, sebelum diuji coba pada kelompok kecil. Analisis data melibatkan teknik kualitatif (komentar dan saran) dan kuantitatif (rata-rata skor dan persentase). Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh hasil validasi dari tim ahli materi dan ahli media yang dinyatakan sangat valid, sangat baik digunakan. Selanjutnya berdasarkan dari penilaian dan tanggapan pendidik produk dinyatajan Sangat Valid. Kemudian dari efektifitas relativitas terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik mendapatkan perhitungan pada pretest dan postest dengan hasil Sangat efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan komik strip digital peserta didik mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai materi reaksi redoks. Chemistry learning that is not easy to understand and is considered complex often hinders students' interest in studying it further. This problem can be overcome with innovative learning media. One of the innovative concepts in chemistry learning is chemo-edutainment (CET), which combines elements of education and entertainment. This research aims to determine the procedures for developing assessments by educators, student responses, and the results of trials of the learning media developed. This research uses the Research and Development method with a Branch development model and an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Digital comic strip products are validated by media experts and material experts, as well as educators' assessments, before being tested on small groups. Data analysis involved both qualitative (comments and suggestions) and quantitative (average scores and percentages) techniques. The results of the research obtained validation results from a team of material experts and media experts which were declared very valid, very good to use. Furthermore, based on the assessment and feedback from educators, the product was declared Very Valid. Then, from the effectiveness of relativity on learning outcomes, students obtained calculations on the pretest and posttest with very effective results. This shows that after learning using digital comic strips, students experienced an increase in understanding of redox reaction material.
