Abstract
Jambi University has an information system called Integrated Information System Management (MASTRIS) which is designed to support effectiveness and efficiency in academic activities. However, to ensure the success of its implementation, it is important to evaluate how students accept MASTRIS. This study aims to evaluate the acceptance of the Integrated Information System Management (MASTRIS) system at Jambi University using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach. The sample of this study used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample taken was 175 samples. The results of the evaluation with the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model showed that all hypotheses were accepted, namely Attitude Towards Behavior (ATB) had a positive effect on Behavior Intention (BI), Subjective Norms had a positive effect on Behavior Intention (BI), Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) had a positive effect on Behavior Intention (BI), and Behavior Intention (BI) had a positive effect on Behavior (B). These findings indicate that increasing positive attitudes and social support from the academic environment, as well as increasing the perception of user control, are very important to encourage user intentions to use MASTRIS more optimally. The conclusion of this study shows that the acceptance of the MASTRIS system at Jambi University is influenced by Attitude Towards Behavior, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Behavior Intention.
