Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan intrapersonal peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Proses perkembangan kecerdasan intrapersonal merupakan kemampuan yang penting dan fundamental sebagai penguatan pendidikan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi yang dilakukan di SD Negeri 167/I Bulian Baru pada semester ganjil TA 2024/2025. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didik. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui tahap wawancara yang mendalam (sebagai data primer), observasi, dan studi dokumentasi (sebagai data penunjang). Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dan diuji validitas menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan proyek Penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD Negeri 167/I Bulian Baru mampu mengembangkan kecerdasan intrapersonal peserta didik secara komprehensif dalam keberlangsungannya melalui empat tahap yakni pengenalan, kontekstualisasi, aksi nyata, hingga refleksi dan tindak lanjut memberikan dampak pada perkembangan kecerdasan intrapersonal peserta didik meliputi kemampuan dalam memahami diri, mengelola emosi, merefleksikan diri, mengambil keputusan dan beradaptasi selama program P5 berlangsung. Proses perkembangan Kecerdasan intrapersonal peserta didik terlihat melalui berbagai indikator capaian meliputi peningkatan kesadaran diri dalam menjaga lingkungan, kemampuan mengelola emosi saat bekerja dalam kelompok, kemampuan merefleksikan dampak perilaku terhadap lingkungan, pengambilan keputusan yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan sampah, serta kemampuan beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebiasaan menuju gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan dan secara signifikan mendukung pengembangan aspek-aspek kecerdasan intrapersonal yang penting bagi perkembangan peserta didik secara holistik This research aims to describe the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in developing the intrapersonal intelligence of elementary school students. The process of developing intrapersonal intelligence is an important and fundamental ability as a reinforcement of the character education of students. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type at State Elementary School 167/I Bulian Baru during the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects of the research were the school principal, teachers, and students. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews (as primary data), observations, and documentation studies (as supporting data). The collected data were then analyzed and validated using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at State Elementary School 167/I Bulian Baru has successfully developed the intrapersonal intelligence of students comprehensively through four stages: introduction, contextualization, real action, and reflection and follow-up. This has impacted the development of students' intrapersonal intelligence, including their ability to understand themselves, manage emotions, reflect on themselves, make decisions, and adapt during the P5 program. The process of developing students' intrapersonal intelligence is evident through various achievement indicators, including increased self-awareness in maintaining the environment, the ability to manage emotions while working in groups, the ability to reflect on the impact of behavior on the environment, responsible decision-making in waste management, and the ability to adapt to changes in habits towards a sustainable lifestyle. From the research results, it can be concluded that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) contributes to the formation of environmentally conscious character and significantly supports the development of important aspects of intrapersonal intelligence for the holistic development of students.
