Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of creativity, innovation and social media on business continuity in Sarolangun Regency. This study is a quantitative research with a sampling method using the sensus method. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. This data was collected by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis method used in this study is Smart PLS version 4.0. Based on the results of the research, it was obtained that creativity has a positive and significant influence on business sustainability, innovation has a positive and significant influence on business sustainability, and social media has a positive and significant influence on business sustainability.
