Abstract

Kata Kunci : Adopsi Aplikasi, Pajak, Diffusion of Innovation, Samsat Digital Nasionl (Signal) SIGNAL or Samsat Digital Nasional is an application that allows people to make payments and validate Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB), Mandatory Contribution of Road Traffic Accident Funds (SWDKLLJ), and STNK (Vehicle Number Certificate) extensions online. This study aims to determine the effect of relative advantage, compability, complexity, triability, observability, and behavioural intention to use variables on the adoption of the National Digital Samsat application using the Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory. The sample used in the study was 155 samples, namely users of the National Digitial Samsat application (Signal) throughout Indonesia who have made personal or family-owned vehicle tax payments on one family card. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. Data is distributed via google form online. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS. The data analysis stage is carried out by testing the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results obtained are that the adoption of signal applications among the Indonesian people has been quite accepted by innovators and early adopters, but still needs further improvement and socialisation so that it can be accepted by the early majority and late majority. Factors that influence the adoption of signal applications based on the diffusion of innovation (DOI), namely Relative advantage, compability, and complexity affect attitude towards the adoption of signal applications, while triability and observability do not affect attitude towards the adoption of signal applications. Attitude towards affects the behavioural intention to use signal application users for digital motor vehicle tax payments.
