Abstract

Abstrak− Website OPSEZI.com merupakan sarana digital yang digunakan oleh Lembaga Amil Zakat OPSEZI dalam menyediakan informasi layanan zakat kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat usability website tersebut menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS), yang dikenal sebagai metode kuantitatif cepat dan sederhana untuk mengukur persepsi pengguna terhadap kegunaan sistem. Sebanyak 50 responden yang merupakan donatur aktif LAZ OPSEZI mengisi kuesioner SUS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 75,35 yang dikategorikan baik (Grade B), acceptable, dan berada pada tingkat adjective "Good". Namun, aspek learnability mendapatkan skor terendah, menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan peningkatan pada kemudahan penggunaan awal. Penelitian ini juga memberikan beberapa rekomendasi untuk perbaikan website, seperti peningkatan fitur donasi, penambahan kalkulator zakat otomatis, perbaikan tampilan agar lebih user-friendly, dan integrasi tautan langsung ke rekening donasi. Kata Kunci: usability; SUS; evaluasi website; OPSEZI; sistem informasi zakat Abstract− The OPSEZI.com website is a digital platform used by the OPSEZI Zakat Collection Institution (LAZ) to provide zakat service information to the public. This study aims to evaluate the website's usability level using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, known as a quick and simple quantitative method for measuring user perceptions of system usability. A total of 50 respondents who are active donors of LAZ OPSEZI completed the SUS questionnaire. The results showed an average SUS score of 75.35, which is categorized as good (Grade B), acceptable, and at the adjective level of "Good". However, the learnability aspect received the lowest score, indicating a need for improvement in initial ease of use. This study also provides several recommendations for website improvements, such as improving donation features, adding an automatic zakat calculator, improving the appearance to be more user-friendly, and integrating a direct link to the donation account.
